"I had a great experience at Golden Cicada. My friend recently got pierced there and suggested I go. I love that they do walk-ins, booking piercings can be really annoying and then take ages, but I walked in and was out in about a half an hour. I’ve had piercings done various other places, this is now my favourite! Taylor was very nice and seemed very knowledgeable. She was straight forward and told me exactly what I would need to do to take care of my piercings and she didn’t try to sell me extra products I didn’t need or expensive jewelry, which I really appreciated! The experience was totally comfortable and pain free, in fact I’m going back again in a couple of weeks to have more ink done by Wade. He also, booked my mom and her best friend in last minute just because their previous tattoo artist cancelled on them when they were there, and my moms friend was leaving the next day back to Toronto. "I've had Wade clean up an older piece plus do an extremely detailed piece that needed to be enlarged a bit to be able to get all the details visible. There was no rushing, Wade maintained proper amount of breaks for the both of us, because of my time constraints we both powered through. I have more tattoos in mind and I will be traveling back to Manitoba to get Wade to clean up any design thoughts I may have and continue my half sleeve."

"I have been a long time client of Tayler’s, and I have NEVER EVER had a bad experience with her, or the shop. She is extremely professional, and talks you through the entire process of whatever piercing you are getting. You can tell she absolutely loves what she does. I don’t think I trust another piercer as much as I trust Tayler. They have a big selection of high quality jewelry on display at the shop, and are always able to order in pieces for clients as well!
